Wow, move over Dell, this new Sungworld Netbook is a mere $73! That’s right, you can have your PC and eat too!

This 7″ netbook won’t wow you with anything special, it’s completely bare-bones with a 800 x 480 7″ screen, 300MHz VIA VT8500 processor and 128MB of RAM. But for under a hundred bucks, who’s complaining?

We’ve been keeping both eyes on the new ultrathin carbon fiber Sony X-Series, but that still doesn’t prepare you for the amazing 11.1-incher that weighs in at only 1.5 pounds. Yes, that’s half that of the MacBook Air.

The thin X-Series will feature a 11.1-inch display, carbon fiber, 0.55 inches thin and a pretty crappy battery life, but what do you expect? You’ll have to give something up for that thinness.

Nokia Booklet 3G $800?

A mere day after announcing the Nokia Booklet 3G to the world, it looks like Netbook News is getting some fast news from a source.

The source reveals that the new 10.1-inch Booklet will run around $800. Wow, talk about the fast skinny!

The Booklet 3G is said to feature an 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530, integrated 3G, 120GB HDD, swappable SIM card, WiFi, Bluetooth and A-GPS.

Still there is no official word as to pricing or the release date of the gasget, but we’re all expecting that to come out of the woodwork at Nokia World in early September.

Kohjinsha EX Netbook Comes With Two Webcams

This new netbook features everything you’ve come to expect from the Kohjinsha brand, including an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 11.6″ 1,366 x 768 resolution display, Wi-Fi connectivity, 2GB RAM, Bluetooth support, 160GB hard drive and a fingerprint reader for all you James Bond fans out there.

Gigabyte Unveils T1028X Netbook In Europe

The fact that it’s only been a handful of months since Gigabyte revealed the 1028M netbook hasn’t stopped them from unveiling the next generation of tablet hybrids in Europe.

The Gigabyte T1028X was announced in July in Hong Kong to much surprise. The newest of their netbook/tablet hybrids features a show-stopping resolution of 1366 x 768 and a 10.1-inch swivel display. The price is also being upped with the resolution, to a $877 price tag.
