This little guy enables users to receive mobile TV broadcasts while on the move, which will then be streamed to your choice of portable device via Wi-Fi.  Now that’s pretty handy dandy, right?  Prices start at $129.

At just $100 you can take this 7″ display home and enjoy the H.264 codec support, TV Out and USB while on the go!

Both portable TV models are waterproof, splashproof, come with 8GB of internal memory, SDHC memory card slot and 480 x 272 pixels resolution.  Pretty sweet right?  No word on pricing as of yet.

Without much ado, Amazon revealed their first MP3 shop outside the United States. While the page looks rather similar to the one we’ve grown accustomed to, you’ll notice that all the tunes are DRM-free.  Yes, and three million of them at that.

Assorted whole albums are going for a mere $4, and many singles start at $.86.  Looks like it’s high time to move to England.

fit-PC Slim is being billed as the world’s smallest, most energy efficient PC available – and at 13 ounces it looks like is. The dimensions of the machine measure (4.3 x 3.9 x 1.2 inches). It draws 6 watts of power, and runs a 500 mhz AMD Geode. You can get it in a variety of configurations starting at a 265MG config for $220, all the way up to a 512MB system with Wi-Fi and a 60 GB hard drive with Ubuntu or Windows XP home installed for $295 or $335.

This $99.95 box will add HDMI / component / composite outputs plus WAV, WMA, MPEG-1/2/4, MP3, OGG, AC3, AVI, DivX, XviD and JPEG file formats to any TV.

All you have to do is connect a USB stick, or a FAT32 or NTFS HDD to it, and you’re ready to roll. This is a light weight box (less than 4 0z) that you can carry with you in your pocket, and it can play video files up to 1080i.

Not too shabby. It’s available in the US now, and coming to Europe later this month.

It is a combination of USB Hub with 2 ports + memory card reader + SATA Hard-Drive Dock. A useful 3-in-1 gadget for every geek, right? The dock is compatible with many memory cards, including SDHC, MMC, CF 1, and even more if you use an adapter.

As for the special feature, it comes in a shape of a “One Touch Backup” button which makes it easy to backup all the data from the computer, into the 2.5” or 3.5” hard-disk.

Unlike other external drives that need a powered cord in order to work, the Apollo is powered via USB, and only measures “half an inch thick”, plus “0.35 pounds” on the weight.

Currently there are 2 models available with 160GB and 320GB, but in the upcoming weeks (summer time) there will be a huge 500GB model in the stores. For now, the known price is $150 for the smaller model, and $223 for the middle one.

Outside, the design is claimed to be durable but upscale with a brushed outside and chrome trim.

In terms of features, the CP-1000 boasts a RMI AU processor at 700MHz, plus 128MB of memory RAM, and a 4.8-inch LCD touchscreen that provides a 800×480 resolution. For the multimedia parts, we’ve got a TV tuner, T-DMB for TV on the go, and compatibility with audio – MP3, WMA, OGG – and video files – WMV, MPEG, DivX, and more.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a Korean release only, so as it always happens on Europe and the US, we’ll have to wait a couple of months (maybe years?) to buy the TG Sambo CP-1000 at the local retail stores.

The forthcoming player will debut in June with 5 colors available, those being black, white, red, yellow, and blue.On top of the normal details like FM radio, the Samsung YP-S3 boasts 4GB of internal memory, and support for multimedia files – audio in MP3, WMA, or OGG – video in MPEG4 and SVI – images in JPG – and lastly, text.

As it happens with almost all the recent portable media players, there are no buttons, only touch sensitive controls. In this case, the controls light up when they are being used, and fade out when you stop using them.
