Apple iPad iBooks App

Whether you’re going to be standing in line tomorrow for your Apple iPad or you’re one of the luck pre-orderers, you’re going to need the Apple iBook app, and it’s free of course, so no worries about saving an extra dough.

Apple’s iBook app is already available in the App Store and is basically their answer to Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Head on over and take a peek, it might just be more addictive than my Netflix queue.

Apple iPad Coming April 2010

Steve Jobs finally revealed Apple’s iPad Wednesday to much fanfare, though not much surprise due to the sheer volume of rumors before the unveiling.

The iPad will be available to the US come April 2010, and later for worldwide sales. The iPad sports an ARM-based processor with integrated GPU.

Apple Granted Poximity Sensing Multitouch Screen Patent

With the Apple tablet being launched in mere moments, it’s interesting to find out that the US Patent and Trademark Office has granted the company some new patents.

Included in the new patent suite is a proximity sensing multitouch screen which we’re hoping was slated for the tablet, though it’s certainly possible it’s been meant for something in the future. Either way, very fascinating stuff that.

Apple To Launch New Product January 27

Well, well, well. It looks like January 27 is going to be a big day for Apple, and the rest of the world as well.

Come the 27h we’re more than likely going to see Apple’s not-so-secret Tablet which has been inspiring rumors for months.

The big reveal is supposed to happen around 10am PT, so we’ll see here in just a few short days what’s up Apple’s clever sleeves.

Until Apple actually comes out and announces their new tablet the rumormill is just going to keep churning, isn’t it?

Boy Genius has revealed a few tidbits regarding the tablet, check it out:

•The tablet’s multi-touch gestures will be “out of control.”
•The tablet will be powered by a fast ARM CPU
•Will run on the iPhone kernel.
•Internal model number is K48AP.
•The tablet is essentially an “iPhone on steroids.”

Asus Rumored To Be Building Eee Pad To Compete With Apple Tablet

The juicy rumor this morning is that Asus may be building a 4- to 7-inch panel Eee Pad to compete with Apple’s Tablet.

The new from DigiTimes is that this gadget would offer a combo of a tablet PC with MID functionality, which would make a lot of sense from the infamous maker of cheap portables.

HD Radio Comes To the iPhone

iPhone 4G Leaked?!

While there is, of course, no official word whether this is a real iPhone 4G leak, China Ontrade did leak deets on the iPhone 3GS and that was real, so let’s give them the benefit of the doubt.

From the look of this design, Apple will be keeping the usual iPhone design with their 4th generation, but we can’t wait to find out what nes things are in store.

Apple Tablet News, iPad?

So the identical source who was right on the nose about both the iPod nano 5G and iPhone 3GS is making headway on the Apple Tablet.

Potentially known as the iPad, though we’re really hoping that Apple’s not going to go this sanitary napkin route, this gadgety device is tauted to flaunt a 10.7″ display screen, run on the iPhone OS, feature both 3G as well as 3G-less capability and pretty much just be awesome.

The only question is, would you want one?
