LG GD880 Mini Touchscreen

The highly anticipated LG GD880 has finally been launched after months and months of rumors and talk.

LG is tauting the GD880 as the “smallest and slimmest 3.2-inch full touchscreen on the market”, so you’d better be prepared to handle this little guy. With a sleek design, the new handset offers a 5 megapixel camera, 7.2 Mbit/s HDSPA connectivity, WiFi support and the A-GPS.

No word as of yet on US pricing and availability, though the GD880 will be available in Europe come May for 400 Euros.

HTC Desire Handset Official

Now you can start the celebrations as the new HTC Desire handset is officially official.

With an interface customized with the HTC Sense UI and hardware similar to the Nexus One, the Desire certainly packs a punch.

Details include Android 2.1 OS, of course, 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, 3,5G, Wifi, GPS, motion sensor and compass. The Desire will be out later this month in selected markets.

Walmart Nexus One Could Be $99!

According to this coming soon Walmart ad, Google’s Nexus One could be up for offer for a mere $99.

The specs for the Nexus One are getting more interesting every day, with Walmart’s ad suggesting that the handset will be available on Sprint, Verizon 3G and AT&T 3G.

Poor T-Mobile, their price list of $179 is looking pretty lame next to Walmart.

Nokia 7230 Coming Soon!

Well it looks like the FCC has just approved the new Nokia 7230 and it will soon be coming to a store near you.

The 2.4″ QVGA display, a 3.2-megapixel camera Bluetooth cell will come with an rated stereo FM radio as well as sport a handy dandy microSD memory card slot. Sounds pretty sweet, right?

Dell’s AT&T Droid Handset Coming In 2010

With rumors and more rumors circulating, we finally have a crystal clear picture of Dell’s new AT&T 5-inch Android 2.0 handset.

The 5 megapixel camera Droid will come with a sharp 800 x 480 capacitive touchscreen, 3G data and WiFi, with a release date sometime in 2010, we’ve got our fingers crossed on a Q1 release.

T-Mobile Sidekicks Sales Back Up

After a brief interim of system data loss it looks like T-Mobile Sidekick sales are back up and swinging.

The company released a statement acknowledging that sales were back up, stating, “T-Mobile is pleased to announce that Sidekick sales have resumed. New pricing for the Sidekick LX 2009 will be $149.99 with a two-year contract and the Sidekick 2008 will be $49.99 with a two-year contract.”

3G BlackBerry 9700 Onyx Spotted

The as of yet unconfirmed November 11, 2009 launch for the 3G BlackBerry 9700 Onyx is drawing nearer and nearer and we’ve got our first spotting of the elusive handset from DailyMobile.

We don’t mind saying that this cell looks pretty sweet on hardwood, by the way. Oh, and here are the rumored specs: 480×360 resolution touchscreen, QWERTY keyboard, new Trackpad, 3.2 megapixel AF camera, Bluetooth, OS 5.0, UMTS/HSDPA and UMTS/HSDPA.

We’d take one or two.
