Nexus One Handset Headed To Verizon?

The rumormill is in full swing this morning regarding the Google Nexus One.

From CDMAified comes the news that the Nexus One is headed for Verizon and the mobile company will start marketing the superphone later this month or in early April. So, maybe that March 23 date could be right after all?..

LG GD880 Mini Touchscreen

The highly anticipated LG GD880 has finally been launched after months and months of rumors and talk.

LG is tauting the GD880 as the “smallest and slimmest 3.2-inch full touchscreen on the market”, so you’d better be prepared to handle this little guy. With a sleek design, the new handset offers a 5 megapixel camera, 7.2 Mbit/s HDSPA connectivity, WiFi support and the A-GPS.

No word as of yet on US pricing and availability, though the GD880 will be available in Europe come May for 400 Euros.

Walmart Nexus One Could Be $99!

According to this coming soon Walmart ad, Google’s Nexus One could be up for offer for a mere $99.

The specs for the Nexus One are getting more interesting every day, with Walmart’s ad suggesting that the handset will be available on Sprint, Verizon 3G and AT&T 3G.

Poor T-Mobile, their price list of $179 is looking pretty lame next to Walmart.

Rogers HTC Magic 911 Buggery

Looks like the HTC Dream handset isn’t the only cell that’s being affected by the 911 bug.

The Rogers HTC Magic is having the same exact problems and the carrier is telling their customers to disable the GPS location feature on their phones, though this really isn’t the ideal fix.

In order to disable, follow the steps below and you’re all set:

1.Select Menu
2.Select Settings
3.Select Location
4.Un-check Enable GPS Satellite

Motorola Motoroi Coming In March, MMM

After coveting Korean gadgetry from afar, we’re finally going to see some payoff with the Motorola Motoroi coming to the States this March.

Rick Wolochatiuk, Motorola’s rep in Korea has confirmed that the new mobile handset “will be launched in other markets around the world”, with the US being targeted for a March release.

Now you’re all kinds of excited aren’t you?

3G BlackBerry 9700 Onyx Spotted

The as of yet unconfirmed November 11, 2009 launch for the 3G BlackBerry 9700 Onyx is drawing nearer and nearer and we’ve got our first spotting of the elusive handset from DailyMobile.

We don’t mind saying that this cell looks pretty sweet on hardwood, by the way. Oh, and here are the rumored specs: 480×360 resolution touchscreen, QWERTY keyboard, new Trackpad, 3.2 megapixel AF camera, Bluetooth, OS 5.0, UMTS/HSDPA and UMTS/HSDPA.
