Motorola Motoroi Coming In March, MMM

After coveting Korean gadgetry from afar, we’re finally going to see some payoff with the Motorola Motoroi coming to the States this March.

Rick Wolochatiuk, Motorola’s rep in Korea has confirmed that the new mobile handset “will be launched in other markets around the world”, with the US being targeted for a March release.

Now you’re all kinds of excited aren’t you?

Nokia Making Android Touchscreen Phone

London’s Guardian is reporting that none other then Nokia is currently making an Android touchscreen phone that will be set to unveil in September.

Although Nokia is currently denying these reports, the idea of a Nokia Android touchscreen is far too exciting to not explore.

I mean come on, how awesome would that be?!!!

Not only is Motorola’s new MC55 nice to look at, it’s also a monster of a mobile.

You can drop this one in peace friends. The MC55’s rugged exterior is perfect for contractors and klutzes alike. And according to Motorola, this guy is even built to last inside, as it has been designed to provide you a reasonable 3-5 year life span.

Hmmm, we never knew they has psychics over at Motorola…

Alcatel’s Lego Mobile Phone Awes

All you have to do is take one look at this Lego mobile phone by Alcatel and your inner child is immediately released.

Communication guru Alcatel has teamed up with toy maker Lego to create possibly the most brightly colored cellular phone around. Using their patented Lego brick, the phone is able to use modular components so that you can make your phone the most original of them all.

So far there is no hint at price, specs or release date, but one thing is for sure about the Lego phone, and that is that we want one.

iPhone App of the Day: Coupons Inc. Buys Grocery IQ

Coupons Inc. has decided to further steak a claim in the mobile world, by buying up the iPhone application Grocery IQ.

The Grocery IQ app quickly established itself as a leader among grocery applications that allows users to organize several shopping lists by store, aisle or buying favorites.

Steven Boal, the CEO of Coupons Inc. feels that their company is a “natural complement” to the Grocery IQ app and is looking forward to the modified application which will include easy access and redemption to thousands of coupons.
